BEFORE WE BEGIN

Your agreement.
Your rights.

Review the separate consumer disclosures and a sample service agreement. Obtain the completed agreement for your selected plan from Fresh Footing before agreeing to services or billing.

FF / CLIENT DOCUMENTS

CUSTOMER DOCUMENTS

Read and keep your documents.

These documents provide consumer disclosures and a sample Florida service agreement. The service agreement includes two cancellation notices and a limited dispute authorization. Download the separate disclosures as well as the agreement.

The downloadable service agreement is a sample for a separate engagement with no automatic renewal. It does not describe the monthly subscription checkout terms. Obtain your completed agreement from Fresh Footing for the plan you select; it identifies your services, fee, payment terms, dates, cancellation rights, and authorization. Downloading a document or submitting intake does not enroll you, authorize a charge, or authorize dispute submissions.

How the per-engagement sample works.

  1. Request enrollment. Complete your intake and tell us the plan you want. Couples clients each submit a separate intake.
  2. Receive disclosures. You receive the separate federal disclosure and your completed Florida Buyer Information Statement before the contract, with receipt acknowledgments. Read and acknowledge the federal disclosure online.
  3. Review and sign. We complete your selected plan, exact fee, service estimates, cancellation deadlines, and the limits of dispute authorization. Each client receives copies of their signed documents and two completed cancellation notices.
  4. Wait before service. Contracted services begin only after the applicable cancellation period has expired and the required materials and authorizations are complete.
  5. Complete the work, then bill. Payment is requested only after every promised service is fully performed and any longer legal restriction is satisfied. A 30-day calendar period alone does not trigger billing. There is no automatic renewal.

Disputes and privacy.

Essential, Premium, and Couples include one initial dispute round for fact-supported items you specifically approve and a written review of the resulting responses. We identify ourselves truthfully when acting as your authorized representative. Strategy Intensive includes analysis and guidance. No plan guarantees deletions or a score increase. Couples files and approvals remain separate.

Cancellation and support.

You may cancel without penalty within the later applicable federal or Florida cancellation period shown in your completed agreement. Send a written notice to contact@freshfooting.com or Fresh Footing Group LLC, 120 Chiefs Way, Suite 1, Pensacola, FL 32507. You may request paper documents. Questions: 850-987-0785.

In the intake’s primary goal field, include Essential, Premium, Couples, or Strategy Intensive and your state. Our team confirms the fit and prepares your completed documents. Clients outside Florida need their state’s requirements reviewed before an agreement is issued.
